We ship directly from our trusted suppliers overseas, mainly from China
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, all change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, we may not be able to stop the shipment — but you can still request a return or refund once the product is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and secure payments through PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday to Friday, usually within 1–3 business days. Once processed, they are shipped the next working day. Please allow extra time during holidays or sale periods.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders shipped to Australia generally arrive within 7–15 business days. Please note that remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days from the date of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Just contact us at info@shoppentro.com with your order details.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices on our website are listed in AUD and do not include customs or import fees. In most cases, there are no extra charges, but any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and depend on your local regulations.
How do I return an item?
Please email us at info@shoppentro.com to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. If you haven’t seen the refund appear, please contact your bank or card issuer, as it may take a few more days to reflect.
